    2008.2.23 骑行昆山古镇千灯----成功

     

    P2230100 出发。。。

     

    又向青海湖 or 西藏 or 新疆 迈进了一步了~~我的训练计划从此开始。。。（希望能坚持）

    这一次虽然只有80 KM/ D，但是感觉很棒，已经完全可以应付。P2230137

    能够很好的支配体力，调整休息，保持匀速。 

    P2230109最主要的是处女摔奉献给了千灯。

    骑完后，继续参加FB活动到12点，输掉了全部财产，连打车 钱都是借的。。。

    但回到家也没有崩溃的感觉，继续洗衣，扫地。。。

    感觉我成了小强，体内装了个小马达，就怕电用不光，拼了命去消耗
